Wombat:
Built a prototype of a switch panel that can be mounted out of sight under the ask tray cover of a 69/70
It is a simple design with the panel glued to the ash tray lid (avoids drilling the lid)
More details and dimensions to follow
blue switch is a/c on/off - will be a similar rocker with LED indicator
green is for antenna - two position momentary
black is remote trunk release - single position momentary
Switches in picture are just for prototype
Prototype 2 - this panel is fixed and bolts into the ash tray slot using the same 4 screws that secure the lid
It would have to be vinyl coated. It also allows for toggle switches rather than rocker switches
