This is my shop in Texas. It is 30'x50' and has 12' walls. There are two roll-up type doors, one on the side, the other in the back. They take advantage of the natural breeze and move air around in the shop.
In addition to housing my '69 it will also be the new home of Rocketman's Classic Cougar Innovations.
Along with my clean-room and office it will have an 'efficiency' type living area so when folks come to visit they will have a place to stay.

While not up to Local Hero or T3 standards yet I wanted to get a thread started before I get crap for not doing it.

;)

After the ground settled the front pad extension (future sittin' & sippin' area) and main entrance ramp were poured.

I have not made much progress on the shop lately. I did start framing in the 'guest room' section and have half of my loft built. Putting in the loft has cleared a bunch of floor space so I can get to organizing the garage and workshop areas. As it stands I have accomplished the following since getting here full-time:

Installed 150A service, rough wired in some outlets, a light and ceiling fan.
Framed guest room section, got 3/4 of the 12x30 loft built
Installed 12' of 2'x6' industrial shelving for machine/tools and storage
Installed satellite dish and Tivo receiver - bitched at Directv and got NFL Sunday Ticket for free this season.
Installed wireless internet
Set up RCCI office, benches, shelves, etc so I can work.
